Freshers Food: Fruit pancakes

I am back with another recipe, this is one is a lovely desert or even a snack, and I have to say not that unhealthy. For this recipe I used scotch pancakes but you could make your own.


3 Pancakes

handful of raspberries

handful of blackberries

scoop of fat free natural yogurt


coca powder

Vital statistics:

Feeds 1 person


  1. place your pancakes into a toaster to warm them up.
  2. place your pancakes on a plate.
  3. Add the berries on top of your pancakes
  4. Add the yogurt to the top of the berries.
  5. Drizzle Honey over the top of the food and dust with coca powder.
